The Garage Band

Contrary to popular belief, the “Garage” is not just a home for an inanimate piece of machinery. Years ago, we turned our garage into a recording studio. It’s where we rehearsed, as well as recorded music. It served as our conference room, dining room, and sometimes even our bedroom. But mainly, its where we have made countless hours of music so naturally, that’s how we got the name:

Though we still have the same passion and commitment to music as our days in “the Garage” we now do all of our recording at Soundtek Studios. The musicians and vocalists in The Garage Band have individually and collectively been involved in countless recording projects and live performances all over the country. As a matter of fact, chances are, you’ve heard their talents on radio commercials, at concerts and even on a Play Station 2 game!! The bottom line is that whether it is in the recording studio a concert, a wedding or a corporate event, this group of talented players and singers feel fortunate to be doing what they love…playing music!!

Our primary goal as a group is to entertain you to the best of our abilities. We are capable of performing a wide variety of music, mixing in some unique choices along with the popular songs most people want to hear.

Above all, we are versatile, professional musicians who are happy to perform wherever good music is desired: corporate events, weddings, festivals, and every kind of party you can imagine! We never lose sight of the fact that your musical needs support us, so we do our very best to satisfy those needs!!

Larry Lynch and the Mob

Formerly with the Greg Kihn Band, Larry Lynch was the drummer and vocalist on their #1 hit, Jeopardy. He has toured with the Rolling Stones, Peter Gabriel, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, and many others around the world.

Each band member brings unique talent and extensive live performance experience to the Mob. Together they make an exciting, energetic band that plays music from the heart. It is clear when you watch and dance to Larry Lynch and the Mob that these are musicians who love to entertain!

Ryze The Band

Ryze the Band was created on December 31st, 2007 to keep LIVE MUSIC alive. "RTB is stronger and funkier," says Lead Vocalist "CC" Carter, who affirms it's rooted in what we have always been...different.

RTB is from the Bay Area and is comprised of talented, seasoned musicians with 30 years combined experience in touring, recording and live performances throughout the country. Drummer/Vocalist, Joey Jam Flores, admits "We have the best of the BEST in all sections. There is no substitute."

Take 2 is a band designed to knock you on your feet. This group is committed to supplying an action packed, full-throttle musical show for your event.

Take 2 and its musicians have worked with recording artists, such as Rick Springfield, Huey Lewis, and The News, Richard Marx, The Beach Boys, Tesla, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Jude Cole, and many more. Wally's Swing World

Wally's Swing World is a seven-piece "little big band" featuring the smooth vocals of Wally Trindade. Wally also plays guiter and is backed by upright bass, piano, drums, and a three-piece horn section.

Wally's Swing World plays the standards of the swing era: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole; the big band sounds of Benny Goodman and Glenn Miller; jump swing; and much more.

The band steps into a more "modern" mode with the tunes of Bobby Darin, Elvis Presley, and other 50s rock favorites. Wally and the boys also venture south of the border with a little Latin jazz, samba, salsa, and bossa nova.

Wally's Swing World is perfectly suited to play a myriad of events. The band plays private parties, receptions, weddings, anniversaries, engagement parties, birthday parties, gallery openings, galas (ballet, opera, symphony), movie wrap parties, corporate events, company picnics, holiday parties, and product launches. The band also plays fairs and festivals, as well as nightclubs.

I get a lot of satisfaction in seeing people on their wedding day having so much fun in one of the ultimate elegant yet fun atmospheres. The way that I help insure the success of the day is through careful communication in defining all aspects of your day in advance. Many options are discussed at length and the ultimate agenda is developed. I will easily coordinate with your caterer and other professionals so your day runs smoothly. Two planning sessions are involved in the process. A scheduled meeting and tentative contract sent assures you of my holding your date pending the decision you make following our initial planning session.
