SINCE 1989, MARCIA HAS HELPED BRIDES AND GROOMS PLAN STRESS-FREE WEDDINGS!

STEP 1: COMPLIMENTARY, NO-OBLIGATION TELEPHONE CONSULTATION, INCLUDING BUDGET PREPARATION:
a. Marcia goes over a questionnaire, which gives her an idea of the couple's desires, vision and estimated expenses. Based on that information, she prepares an all-inclusive budget.
b. Marcia explains her a la carte fee structure. Services include: Vendor Referrals only, Wedding Day Management (including a "wrap up" appointment, on-site consultations, preparation and redrafts of the Wedding Day Timeline, calls to all vendors. attendance at Rehearsal; and up to 8 hours of coordination on the wedding day) to Unlimited Assistance/hand holding from the very beginning of the planning process. Fees are based on services required. Like a menu in a restaurant, Clients only pay for what they order!
STEP 2: E-MAILING INFO: Within 24 hrs. of the telephone consultation, Marcia e-mails the Budget she prepared, her Contract, Client References and promotional materials.
STEP 3: PERSONAL APPOINTMENT: Once the couple has "digested" all of the information, checked the website and called references, if interested, Marcia then schedules a personal, "get acquainted" appointment (which is also complimentary) to answer questions, present her Portfolio containing photographs and testimonials from prior clients over the past 21 years, sign the contract and proceed.

Dear Marcia, I’d like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your excellent services during our wedding. As you know, I didn’t have a care in the world that day, thanks to you. Everything went smoothly and according to plan, at least to my knowledge. For all I know, you may have extinguished many fires unbeknownst to me, in order to keep me carefree and happy. Marcia, let me also say, that everything you recommended was absolutely 100% on target. All the vendors you recommended were excellent and to my taste. Your insistence on a videographer was completely correct and I’m so happy I listened to you. The fact is, our wedding day was truly the happiest day of our lives and it was simply amazing to be able to relive it with video. Peter, Judge Cena, and Sharon were also excellent recommendations. I was happy with all of them! I’d also like to thank you for all the “little” things you did that I didn’t really notice at the time of the party, but managed to capture on the video. For example, you held the cake to keep it from toppling off the pillars as Scott cut it and you provided us with wet napkins to clean our hands. All these little things were exceptionally helpful for us and we did not realize it at the time. So thank you for all the little things too! Quite simply, not one thing went wrong on our wedding day and Scott and I thank you for that. I’m very happy to recommend you to future brides and grooms and let them know that with your services, they’ll be able to enjoy their day fully without a care in the world.
